We are specialized in supplying flocculants for sand washing sewage treatment in various regions.  

Recently, we have checked and compared our polyacrylamide with other polyacrylamide sample supplied by a distributor in Zhejiang, and found that the performance of their product with the molecular weight 18 million is the same as our product with the molecular weight 14 million. After being treated with polyacrylamide flocculant, the muddy water of sand factory can be recycled or discharged up to the standard. Adding polyacrylamide to the muddy water can make the fine particles in the suspension form flocs and accelerate the sludge sedimentation.

There is electrical double layer on the surface of the suspended particles in the sewage of sand factories, which forms a stable suspension system and hinders the sedimentation of the sludge. After adding the polyacrylamide with molecular weight 14 million, the suspension stability is destroyed by means of polymer coagulation and flocculation. Some factories also use polyaluminum chloride to cooperate with polyacrylamide with molecular weight 14 million.

However, we still recommend customers to use the product with molecular weight 18 million. This product is the most cost-effective, mainly because of dosage savings, which can save more than 35% compared to the product with molecular weight 14 million.
